Personal use: You may also can Walk in to the nearest Branch or station to ship your shipments.

Refrigerated storage (0-5℃); Frozen storage (-15℃≤-18°C)
Allow seafood, dessert, pre-cooked food, freshly made ramen, frozen sauce and many others.
The items must be pre-cool before being collected.
Packaging must be strictly in Polystyrene Box with ice bag only and we are not liable for defrost cause by packaging other than Polystyrene Box with ice bag
Frozen items must be vacuum packed to avoid any leakage or odour.
Only 1 type of temperature controlled item is allowed in 1 box. Mixture is not allowed
Insurance coverage is not available for frozen or fresh items.
Currently, DD Cold Chain is cover within Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore, excluding islands and remote areas.
Top up RM1000 to enjoy outstation delivery as low as RM18.

Unfortunately, no refunds will be offered.
Yes, all items must be well packed to prevent unwanted damages in the future.
As for Temperature Controlled Delivery any claim must be made within 1 hours upon receiving the items.
The required documents include
Application form
Copy of bank account statement
Copy of the consignment bill
Original tax invoice to verify actual price of the content
Tax invoice of consignment bill
Any other required supporting documents, email to customer service centre of DDE at [email protected]
Claims are limited to one claim per Consignment Note. Maximum RM200
We will not act on any claim until you have paid all transportation charges, and you may not deduct the amount of your claim from those charges.
We reserve the right to recall the damaged Shipment from you as a condition of compensation.
Compensation of RM200 for items shipped with our DDCold Chain services shall be given in the form of DD credit voucher for the order.

保存冷藏食品的温度是介于5~10度,保存冷冻食品的温度是介于零下的18度。

RM18 的配套有限制覆盖范围,必须符合条规,建议电商/网播平台/出货频密的顾客注册此配套
B2C 一件到门,只接受保利龙打包+冰袋
⚠冷藏食品必须通知 Chiller 保存 箱子重点标记CHILLER 还有产品名字。
1个箱子里面不可以有两个温度的食品 , 其中一个一定会坏损。
请谨慎打包分开箱子。(因为打包不当而解冻,此因素公司不负责任)
供包装的材料必须使用合适的尺寸,过多的空间会导致产品容易解冻和损坏。打包不当,解冻问题不受理赔。(建议放入纸皮,Bubble等填充空位)
如果担心打包不当,出货前拍照给各州代理负责人检查,提取意见。

*用上保温袋+冰袋来保存

打包要求:如果产品没有打包好,任何打包不当,过重导致损坏,一概不赔。
如需要帮忙打包会按最低RM5/箱起, 打包费, 箱子另外购买。
是的,包裹是送到门。
为了确保冷链物流服务的服务质量,检查货物储存的稳定性以确保派送过程能顺利完成。 开箱检查,不会另行通知(拒绝开箱我们保留拒收的权利)
很抱歉,所有账户的充值金额是无法退款。
冷冻、冷藏投诉有效:收到货1小时内
(如果产品在24小时内送到,投诉无效)
