DELIVERY COVERAGE & LEAD TIME

Normal Coverage

• Delivery Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Standard Delivery Time: 1–3 working days
• Next-Day Guaranteed Service: From RM50 for normal zones only

ODA Areas

• Delivery Schedule: Once per week
• Minimum Charge: From RM40
• Standard Delivery Time: 5–7 working days

Outskirt Areas

• Minimum Charge: From RM50
• Standard Delivery Time: 10–14 working days

NO-COVERAGE AREAS

We no longer provide delivery services to:

• Kelantan
• Terengganu
• Perlis

IMPORTANT PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS

For ODA and outskirt areas, we do not accept:

• Chilled products
• Ice cream
• Temperature-sensitive products

Any prohibited products sent to ODA or outskirt areas will be transported at the sender’s own risk. No compensation will be provided for any loss or damage.

PARCEL SIZE GUIDE

• X Small — DD1
  H + L + W below 90 cm | Maximum 15 kg
• Small — DD2
  H + L + W below 110 cm | Maximum 15 kg
• Medium — DD3
  H + L + W below 125 cm | Maximum 15 kg
• Large — DD3
  H + L + W below 125 cm | Maximum 20 kg
• X Large — DD4
  H + L + W below 148 cm | Maximum 25 kg

WEIGHT & SURCHARGE POLICY

• Maximum weight: 25 kg per piece.
• Volumetric Weight = Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ 5,000.
• Charges will be based on the actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
• Parcels exceeding 25 kg are subject to a RM30 handling surcharge plus RM2 for every additional kilogram.
• Surcharges apply separately to each piece, box, carton or item.

All rates, delivery schedules and service availability are subject to the delivery location and DD Cold Chain’s terms and conditions.
